A proposal with a plan.

You receive a proposal outlining pages, features, content responsibilities, revision rounds, investment, ownership, hosting options, and the timeline. We agree on the scope before work begins.

Design, refine, launch.

We gather your business information and assets, create the design, and review it with you. AI supports efficient production while our team personally directs and refines the design, content, and layout. We check layouts, links, and contact paths before launch.

Support that stays.

After your approval, we launch your website with included RULA hosting and support through Managed Hosting or Website Care.

Clear expectations from the start.

Ownership & access: RULA owns the website and its files. Payments do not lead to ownership. The website cannot be exported or transferred; cancellation takes it offline at the end of the paid service period. Your website is fully managed by RULA. All changes are handled by our team; customers do not receive website login, editing, or administrative access. Your domain and original business materials remain yours; third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.

Billing: Both plans have a $999 one-time setup fee. The setup fee and prorated first monthly payment are due before work begins. Service is prorated from your start date through month-end. Full monthly payments begin on the 1st of the following month and are due on the 1st thereafter. All plans are month-to-month with no commitment. You can cancel at any time; service ends at the end of the paid service period.

Revisions: Website Care includes 2 hours of revisions per month to existing content and layouts; unused time does not roll over. Managed Hosting has no monthly revision allowance; requested changes are quoted separately. New pages, major redesigns, advanced features, and work beyond the allowance are quoted separately. SEO work and the 2 monthly SEO blog posts are included separately in the optional SEO Growth add-on.

Hosting & care: Both website plans include security monitoring, daily backups and recovery, and essential technical work to keep the hosted website operational. Website Care adds ongoing website maintenance, monthly revisions, and priority support.

Collect the information your team needs through tailored quote requests, additional inquiry forms, or conditional questions. We can connect supported business tools to help route inquiries and reduce manual follow-up, with the functionality confirmed in your proposal.

Help buyers explore available properties through a compatible IDX provider connected to your website. Search, listing displays, and inquiry features depend on the provider and MLS approval. Integration is quoted separately from provider subscriptions and applicable MLS fees.
